Mannys Hot Piri Piri Sauce is the fiery version of Mannys' signature peri-peri sauce from Chef Manny Goncalves, the man behind Chickenland in Johannesburg. It's made to his own recipe, based on traditional Mozambican piri piri, for those who like proper heat.

How to use it

  • As a dip, or drizzled over chicken, steak, fish, chips and burgers
  • Added to marinades, barbecues and roasts
  • Stirred into stir-fries, stews, casseroles and soups

Ingredients

Olive oil, rapeseed oil, onion, water, African Bird's Eye chillies, garlic, red chillies, lemon juice, cider vinegar, smoked sea salt, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate.

Allergens: none. Mannys says it's free from gluten, nuts, dairy, soya, fish and shellfish. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
