Simonsig Kaapse Vonkel Brut Rosé

A full-flavoured, dry sparkling rosé made in the traditional method, from a blend of Pinot Noir and South Africa's own Pinotage.

Tasting notes

A delicate blush pink with fine, long-lasting bubbles. Fresh strawberry, red berry blossom and a hint of rose petal on the nose, with a zesty citrus lift. The palate is poised and refined, with crisp acidity, a subtle mineral note and a fresh, lingering finish.

Food pairing

Lovely as an aperitif or at brunch, picnics and celebrations. Try it with fresh seafood, herb-roasted chicken or strawberry pavlova. Serve well chilled (6–8°C).
